The original logic of the price plans was set to one organization = one price plan. We have now switched to a one account = one plan approach. Depending on the type of plan selected, the account then has a certain number of organizations, transactions, and functions available to it.
Valid for all accounts created until April 14, 2025
In early 2025, all the original plans were migrated to the new approach and were marked "Obsolete". Their existing parameters were retained. As part of the migration, however, an expiry date was set. It is April 30, 2025. After that time, migration to the new pricing plans is required.
Typically, up to 45 days before the original plan expires, these Obsolete plans will begin to display "Subscription End Approaching" information windows. You can close these windows, continue using the application, and delay the migration until the stated expiration date.
By selecting Set up new plan to go to the pricing plan selection, you can migrate before the expiration time.
If the Obsolete Plans subscription expires, a new Subscription expired window will appear. This window can no longer be deferred and requires Set up a new plan. In case you decide to postpone the migration. Your data will be retained and you will not lose it. But you will not be able to access them until you set up a new plan.
If your current Obsolete plan allowed you to record more transactions or organizations than your new target plan, all of this data will be saved. But only for preview and maximum editing. You will not be able to add any more records beyond the new plans limits.
